Robert Parsons grew up in Melbourne Beach, Florida, where his love of fishing gave him a lifetime appreciation for the great outdoors.
Robert Parsons is a graduate of the University of Florida where, through a full Bright Futures Scholarship, he earned a BS in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He earned is Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2012 with a certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law. During law school, Mr. Parsons also performed extensive research into and codifying of the historical preservation ordinances for the cities of Florida.

He practices Plaintiff’s side hospitality industry litigation dealing with federal and state wage and hour violations, misclassification of employees, and overtime violations.
