A seasoned senior executive in the information technology (IT) staffing and recruitment sector, Robert Persiano holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He remained in Florida after graduating, accepting a position as a service manager with the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area wealth management firm Renaissance Worldwide. Three years later, Robert Persiano entered the field of IT staff augmentation/outsourcing services with the Orlando offices of COMSYS.
Accepting a series of promotions and working out of a number of US offices, Robert Persiano remained with COMSYS through its acquisition by ManpowerGroup and its rebranding as Experis. All told, he worked for COMSYS/Experis for 17 years, ultimately becoming its senior regional vice president of the American South. Mr. Persiano subsequently oversaw sales and southern US operations for two years with PEOPLEASE. For the past year, he has served as chief operating officer of Seneca Resources, a Reston, Virginia-based IT staffing, recruiting, and contractor management firm.
