For the last 15 years, most of my career experience has been in management. Construction mostly, but also personnel, and production. September 11th, 2001, put a huge damper on the career I had moved to Georgia to pursue, leading to several "unfortunate events" and different positions with different companies, so I decided to move back to Michigan to be closer to my older children.

I am a married father of 7 children. I enjoy spending time with my family more than any thing else, but I do have quite a few hobbies as well.

I enjoy shooting (3 gun competitions), hunting (deer and small game), fishing and camping. I grew up outdoors, and enjoy spending as much time in nature as possible.

I also enjoy reading non-fiction, history and of course the Bible.

I enjoy playing poker, mostly for the people reading skills that can and are obtained from playing, but I do not enjoy gambling. Poker is the only "casino" game, where the odds of winning or losing lie in your decisions, and the odds are in your favor, not the house.

I am very Patriotic, and love my country, our Military and our Law Enforcement. My father was a 33 year career LEO, and my grandfather served in the Super 6th Armored Division in WWII. Being Patriotic is some what in my blood.

I am the 2nd in command for the III% United Patriots of Michigan. We are a Civilian Defense and first response team for the state of Michigan. We are also a Nation Wide organization. See the link below in my backstory.
