Robert Rouse, has nineteen years of professional experience including: educator, staff development coordinator, educational technology leader, Cluster Technology Coordinator, Career Technical Education director, and Principal (K-8, middle, and high school).

He earned a Master's Degree in Education at Drexel University, a Master’s in Public Safety Administration at Saint Joseph’s University and his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Temple University. Robert holds PA Certifications in Vocational Administrative Director, Superintendent Letter of Eligibility, Curriculum & Instruction Supervision II, Principal K-12, Technology Education K12 and Elementary Instructional II.

Robert is a Colonel in the United Stats Army Reserve and serves as a commander of a United States Army Hospital. He has served for over 39 years in the Army in various command and staffing positions. He received his Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and he is also a former Philadelphia Police Officer with assignment with the Patrol Bureau, Canine 9 Unit, and the Training Bureau.

Robert has received numerous awards and citations as an educator, police officer, and military leader. His hobbies are photography, videography, image processing, and technology. His next endeavor will be to complete Doctorate of Education program and teach at the collegiate level.
