Hi, I'm Robert Roy Orr, an automotive service advisor based in Clio, Michigan. I've spent more than 35 years working in customer service, sales, and leadership, with most of my career in the automotive industry. I enjoy helping customers understand their options, solving problems, and building relationships based on honesty and trust.

Before joining Gales Auto Repair as a service advisor, I spent 23 years with Dukes Car Stereo, including 17 years as a manager and 12 years as a branch manager. Those experiences taught me the importance of communication, teamwork, and leading by example. I also attended Mott Community College and completed professional sales training, including Sales RX.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, volunteering with their baseball team, playing golf, and taking care of my property and in-ground pool. I believe in giving my best effort every day, treating people with respect, and always working toward my goals.
