Robert Flores, CEO of I Sell Palm Coast has always kept himself busy as an entrepreneur and businessman. He has started many successful companies and helped others to grow and expand. Now he is opening his own lending company to help prospective homebuyers make their dreams come true.

Roberts journey into the world of real estate starts when he moves to Flagler County, Florida. He both resides and works in Palm Coast. He begins his sale career working for a national Cellular company before some realizing that he enough skill to his own business. Having an interest in the real estate industry, he opens a mortgage brokerage which is highly successful until the market crashed in 2007. Pivoting to adapt to the change in the market, he decides to start a property management company. It is during a real estate transaction where he meets and is recruited by the owner of Approved Mortgage Source. Working there, Robert quickly climbs the ranks to become Vice President as well as helping the company to expand both in new hires and branches, not just in Palm coast but all throughout Florida and even into Georgia.

Taking his vast experience and knowledge of the world of real estate and marrying it with his incredible aptitude for growing businesses, Robert has started I Sell Palm Coast. Clients will have the advantage of working closely with Robert as he works hard to pair them with the perfect home that suits their needs. Robert will walk his clients through each step of the process, mitigating their stresses along the way.
