I’m Robert Shoecraft, also known as Bob Shoecraft, a SaaS sales and partnerships professional with more than 10 years of experience working in B2B software organizations.

My background spans account management, outbound sales, and global partnership development, with hands-on experience supporting both early-stage SaaS companies and established platforms. Over the years, I’ve contributed to building sales processes, enabling partner teams, and developing reseller programs designed for sustainable, long-term revenue growth.

I began my career after graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2015, where I earned a double major in Business Administration and Political Science. Since then, I’ve worked across multiple SaaS environments, gaining experience in enterprise client management, sales strategy, partner onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams.

A consistent theme throughout my career has been a focus on clarity, execution, and relationship-driven growth. I value structured sales processes, clear messaging, and practical enablement that helps teams perform at a high level.

Outside of work, I maintain a disciplined fitness routine, enjoy boating around Tampa, Florida, and am actively learning to fly small aircraft. I also participate in online sim racing events under the name Bob Shoecraft, which reflects my interest in competitive environments and continuous improvement.
