Since founding GEN5, he has shared his experience and insights to help many more organizations attain operational and strategic performance and effectiveness. Robert is an expert in strategic planning, governance, and change management processes, and is proficient at translating strategy into business-focused tactical implementation. He is an organizational design, effectiveness & turnaround expert with considerable experience and focus on IT organizational performance improvement. Robert seeks always to balance corporate culture with business and market imperatives for optimal outcomes. Mr. Slaughter has consistently produced positive results for companies ranging from small, medium, and large for-profits, as well as non-profit groups, and public sector agencies.
