I am an almost endlessly curious journalist and amateur photographer.
Currently, I am freelancing for The Times of Trenton and for Capital Health in Trenton, N.J. I created a blog, Marriagetales: 40 Years and Counting, focused on marriage longevity in the United States, with a particular interest in profiling couples who have been married for 40 years or more.
I am also passionate about photography. You can see my work on that front on my photo-focused Web site, TabularasaPhoto.
Feel free to visit the blog and suggest people you know who have compelling stories to share about their own long marriages and would be up to sitting down for an interview. You can e-mail me directly at [email protected].
I am also tying up a loose end in my life by finishing my degree in journalism at Rowan University, which I started half a lifetime ago and set aside for many years in favor of sinking my teeth into actual reporting.
I have spent most of my career as a full-time reporter at The Times of Trenton, covering Princeton, Princeton University, hospitals, The College of New Jersey, crime, and other news and features. I also worked as web editor for Princeton University's office of communications and, prior to coming to The Times of Trenton, as a reporter for The Gloucester County Times in Woodbury, N.J.
