Robert Tweed

Real Estate Transactor in Glendale, CA

Robert Tweed has been in the real estate business for most of his adult life. He bought his first rental home in his hometown of Toronto, Canada, when he was 22 years old. A few years after that, he was able to buy his second rental in Toronto. Robert used his passive income sources to move to Los Angeles, CA, in 1987. Prior to the crash of the early '90s, Robert had done well over 30+ real estate deals before that time.

Robert learned about the idea of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange in 2004. As a CPA in Monrovia, CA, Del Exeter worked with Robert at the time. In the past, Bill Exeter was the head of Chicago Title Company's Exchange Division. Del introduced Robert to his son Bill, who was the head of that division. Bill's help quickly got him up to speed. Bill was very good at guiding Robert's 1031 Exchange transactions to a good outcome.

Since then, Robert has helped his clients with more than 100+ home exchanges. Robert has been a part of more than $500 million worth of successful 1031 exchanges. Robert spends a lot of time in his business helping people with the 1031 process.

He and his company are very good at finding new homes for people who are very happy with their sales figures. Almost every type of investment property that can be bought or sold has been sold or bought by Robert.
