I'm the EIC of Bending Genres. We are an online journal, and lead monthly weekend workshops and two week long retreats annually. I also lead roundtables at Red Oak Writing in Milwaukee, WI. My fifth book, FUNHOUSE, published in January, 2017 from Unknown Press. It was mentioned in the New York Review of Books in August, 2017. My writing has been published in over 600 literary journals, such as Necessary Fiction, Elimae, HOBART, Literary Orphans, Everyday Genius, The Lit Pub, and Nervous Breakdown. I've been selected over ten anthologies such as Stripped (2012), Flash Fiction Funny (2014), and Best Small Fictions (2016, and 2019). I'm the author of four previous collections: Microtones (Cervena Barva Press, 2012); Diptychs + Triptychs + Lipsticks + Dipshits (Deadly Chaps, 2013); Addicts & Basements (CCM, 2014), and RIFT with Kathy Fish.
