Robert Wendel has served as Curator and Vice President in the Westfield Historical Society and was the former Town Historian and member of the Westfield Historic Preservation Commission. Having served on the boards of both Miller Cory House Museum and the Westfield Historical Society, he is currently showing his love of history as a Preservation New Jersey Board Member. As an active participant in historical preservation, he works to educate the public on the town and state's unique history and provides insights into why preservation serves both Westfield's and the state's public and business communities. As a strong supporter of local and nationwide preservation efforts, Robert believes in learning from the past to enrich the future.
