I am a practicing in-house lawyer who is passionate about all things related to tech. Currently I am Managing Counsel at Oracle, part of Oracle's North American Commercial Legal Team focusing on SaaS. Prior to Oracle, I served as Assistant General Counsel at both Eloqua and AOL and Senior Counsel at VeriSign. In my spare time I pursue my other passion of doing pro bono work. I also spent almost five years teaching Contract Law to paralegal candidates at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies.
