Unfortunately, I'm dealing with some Web site and email issues from my Web hosting service. So, this is a temporary holding page.

I am a museum leader, arts marketer and cultural strategist who brings over three decades of marketing, programming and cultural advocacy, and general business experience to his work as an arts leader. Most recently, I was the director of the Sugar Hill Children’s Museum of Art & Storytelling, and was the former president and executive director of Weeksville Heritage Center. Over the course of my career, I've been a marketer for big brands, cultural institutions and indie artists; a cultural programmer; a publisher of an online magazine for over a decade; and has written about contemporary culture, marketing, and museums for outlets such as Hyperallergic, Forbes.com, the Huffington Post, and as part of the COVID-19 Writer's Project, funded by the Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting.

I currently serve on the Board of Trustees for UnionDocs and am on the advisory board for the Black Gotham Experience.

My consulting practice focuses on building marketing capacity for small- and medium-sized arts organizations.
