Rob’s practice focuses on representing injured workers in Workers’ Compensation cases.

In October 2015, he joined Gadtke Law Firm, P.A., to assist widely-recognized workers’ compensation attorney, Joe Herbulock. Mr. Herbulock has represented union members in workers’ compensation cases for nearly 40 years.

Rob is a graduate of The University of Iowa Law School (one of the nation’s top 25 law schools) and Drake University. After law school, he worked for a large Minneapolis law firm. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Minnesota School of Business and is a past member of the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court.

In 2008, he argued (and won) the case of Beardsley v. Garcia before the Minnesota Supreme Court. In 2010, he was featured on the front page of Minnesota Lawyer and articles were written about him in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Wisconsin Law Journal, and elsewhere.

He is a member of Edina Rotary. He is married with 2 children.
