Rob Gaedtke
An avid traveler, outdoor junkie and an occasional nerd, my day job is partner and creative director of KPS3. My role is straight-forward: Develop smart ways to get people to take action. That means I manage the agency’s creative team in supplying clients with strategic and creative solutions and products. I have 7+ years of digital and traditional marketing experience.
I started as a graphic designer for KPS3 in 2004 and then left to join One To One Interactive (previously Twelve Horses) in 2007. At One To One I lead the travel and tourism practice, overseeing all tourism-based clients. I managed a team of creative, technical, and strategic professionals building dynamic websites supported and grown through mobile, email, social, online and traditional media as well as paid and non-paid search engine marketing.
In 2005 I graduated from the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno, with a B.A. in journalism with an emphasis in advertising and a minor in marketing. Currently I serve as incoming president for Truckee Meadows Tomorrow, a nonprofit organization devoted to tracking and monitoring quality of life in the Truckee Meadows. Rob has been recognized with numerous design and interactive awards, including a national Webby for his work with the Monterey County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and was named one of Reno Gazette-Journal’s Twenty Under 40 winners for 2011.
