Mmmm... A 'Bio'? Truths or mistruths?

This page is ‘just’ about my radio/music interests. There's more to me than just this but hey, that's another leaf in the book :)

2016: *update: After years trying I've finally got my foot in the radio door and I'm loving it even more than I ever though I would... Have a listen to some of my shows at the link and id love to hear from anybody...

Original Info and bio: Think I'll go for truths... Always been into media, tech and music in particular but unfortunately career wise I had to 'grow up' quickly and got some proper jobs throughout the years (primarily in logics, systems, etc (sad, but I LOVE Excel)).

Through the years I've tried to 'keep my hand' in the media industry in anyway I could (interviews, volunteering etc) and now the time is right to refocus and try and do what it is I really love doing!

Had a bit of a life changer moment in 2012 (lost Dad to Motor Neurone Disease) which taught me that NOW is the time to do things... like this page :o) Have a couple of music related blogs, done a few minor tv spots(links below), guested on a few radio shows (which I love), am an 'avid' record collector, still do a little bit of guest dj'n and on the 5th Dec I co-hosted (well I'm calling it that) an hr of Today Fms Ray Darcy show in Ireland (radio highlight for me... so far).

If anybody would like me to do anything like any of the above then please let me know... Really, please do!

I'm a reasonable talker (some would say I never shut up!) and if I find something I'm passionate about I just go for it.. We've got just one chance here, so lets make the most of it...

I've many many other interests (outside of music) from Archaeology to Carpentry, from data analysis to Science Fiction.

To conclude...I was born in the 1970s... officially grew up in the 1980s,...REALLY grew up in the 1990s... and been loving living in the 21st Century ever since!
