My name is Robin Gehrke and I currently work as an IT technician at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, KTH is one of Sweden's largest universities.

My background is nothing really special, but I was born and raised in the Stockholm area I have here lived all my life except for a couple of years when the family moved down to Falkenberg. Here we stayed only a few years before we finally moved up to Stockholm again.

My technical interest is the main reason I ended up in the IT industry. Even as a kid I had a keen interest in computers and technology. The day that led me to "select track" was when I went with my dad to Ericsson, he was working in the 90s as an IT specialist. Ever since then, my hunger for IT mushroomed, every day is a new experience for me as I constantly want to learn new things and provide assistance is the greatest pleasure of working in IT.
