Hi my name is Robin, I hold a 3rd Dan Karate Black Belt (International Hayashi-Ha Shito-Ryu Karate-Do Federation) and have a certification in Yoga Therapy. I am also a Certified Reebok trainer (Gym) with over seven years as trainer.

As part of the 'Reebok Personal Training Certification Workshop program' I have conducted private home training sessions for Bollywood stars, Top designers, TV Serial stars, Other media personalities, Political celebrities, Top Socialites, Industrialists, High Court Lawyers and Bureaucrats among others.

At Fitness First, besides conducting various regular exercise sessions I have also developed special mixed Martial Arts Training Workouts. Which of course has always been my First love.
