As the technology leader for Charlotte's Web, Robin Horstmann is focused on developing and implementing the company’s technology vision and strategy. With extensive experience in solutions architecture and project management, Robin is blitz-scaling technology to support tremendous company growth while working towards the future strategic plan. She oversees IT Infrastructure, Business Applications (ERP, CRM, eCommerce), and PMO for Charlotte's Web, Inc.

Robin Horstmann holds a B.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management and certifications in project management (PMP), risk management (CRISC), and security management (CISM).

Robin lives in Colorado with her husband. Hobbies include travel, yoga, hiking, chess, and golf.
