I am an Executive and Business Management Coach. What I love doing is facilitating individuals and teams to be the best they can possibly be while delivering on their organisation's key mission and goals. I believe there is no paradox or compromise between these two things. They are inextricably linked and you cannot get one without the other.

My speciality area is organisational dynamics, and I have researched and published on the subject of organisational strategy, structure, culture and power. The interplay of these forces is an area of real interest to me as they are present in all organisations, great and small, commercial business or not-for-profit. How we adapt and deal with them marks the difference between success and failure.
