Robin Habacht

Robin Habacht has more than two decades of experience in finances and operations; she recently spent nine years as a founding partner, chief financial officer, and director of operations for Monticello Management, Inc. From its Matawan, New Jersey, headquarters, Habacht provided support to the property management firm as she built it from a start-up to one with 40 commercial clients and thousands of shareholders. Among her responsibilities were financial reporting, business planning, corporate re-engineering, marketing, and risk management. During the recent financial crisis, she saw her business as making a positive change in the lives of homeowners and tenants by providing solutions that counteracted the negative economy. In recognition of her company's achievements, Robin Habacht had many of her contracts renewed annually.

Prior to starting her firm, Habacht earned a bachelor of science in accounting with a minor in economics from the City University of New York and a master of business administration from Wagner College. Subsequently, she developed strategies for public and private entities that led to stable operating growth and financial consistency. While establishing Monticello Management, Robin Habacht also cared for her children: one older son who is currently in the United States Marine Corps and triplets.
