Hello there! My name is Robin and I'm a born and bred Berliner with a passion for all things digital, writing, science and photography.

Being bilingual in German and English, I am currently offering translations, proof-reading services and editorial work to scientific institutes and online magazines. In addition to my freelance activities, I am applying for jobs that align with my beliefs and values. These include a sound journalistic work ethic and an open-minded culture in the work environment.

Up until recently, I had the pleasure of setting up and developing the internal communication of the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences.

Travelling has always been part of my life, and I tend to combine this enthusiasm for different cultures with activities that extend my horizon and skillset.

I enjoy remote working, but am generally willing to relocate or settle if an inspiring job requires it.

In my spare time, you can always find me planning (or editing) photography projects, fighting through a sweaty kung fu session or researching its history, and exploring the never-ending mysteries of Berlin, particularly when it comes to illustrative art.
