Years of research have found no other business or organization that has successfully operated for 100 years with only two generations of family leadership. Rick Littlefield explains that this achievement has never been seen before, which is part of the reason he is so eager to reach this seven-year gold.

Rick Littlefield has successfully run the Robin Hood Camp for decades, succeeding his father. He has followed many of his father's leadership and ownership policies. Rick Littlefield expresses that reaching this milestone would be an honor for the entire Littlefield family.
