Thank You for your willingness to learn about me. I am NOT Marxist, I am NOT Communist I believe in a Worker Owned And Controlled Business structure that will solve all that is broken in Capitalism. I have worked in the Food Service business for 7years from baking to bartending and almost everything in between. As soon as I started working, getting paid under the table at first, I felt the separation between employer and employee. I mean the real dividing factor between those who create the value in their workplace and those who own the means of production. Ownership is the only difference between the Employee and their Employer! Both the Employer and Employee are crucial for the development and survival of a business but for the non co-owning employee this dividing element is life threatening. I have studied in Spain withe the Mondragon Cooperative Corporation learning the structural and economic differences between a Worker Owned and controlled business and the conventional business structure. I have studied 5 real working Cooperatives in Northern California interviewing line workers, managers, CEO's and committee members about Democratic workplaces. All this data, of what works and what doesn't work, is what every non owning worker needs and I am more than willing to share it.
