Chef Robin has been cooking and sharing his love of food for many years to family and friends. After being encouraged by his late wife, Chef Robin became a professional chef 8 years ago after leaving the Information Technology field of 19+ years and is currently the executive chef and owner of River Cat Gourmet – Culinary Services, a family owned and operated New Orleans inspired personal chef and catering service on the Treasure Coast of Florida, which has been providing services to clients for the past 2 years.
Now, he's looking at bringing a New Orleans inspired restaurant to his area rightfully named "The French Quarter" which will also pay an homage to his late mentor, Chef Paul Prudhomme.
