Cancellations

I do not offer refunds for cancellations. Instead, you can contact me to schedule a later appointment.

Cell Phone Usage
I won't be on call during our meet-ups. I ask the same of you.

Conduct
I will be kind & respectful to you & I expect the same in return. Simple.

Confidentiality
Let me know what's top secret. We will install a clause - and use common courtesy.

Customer Service
If there is a technical snag, let me know. I'll be happy to fix it during my work hours.

Discounts
I use these sparingly. Hint: tell me your birthday and let me know when you are doing work for charity.

Emails
I answer emails M-F after 4pm PST. You can count on it.

Mistakes
We all make them. I try not to make the same one twice. I extend grace & forgiveness.

Payments
After client intake, payment is 50% upfront, & 50% after delivery and the optional 2 re-writes.

Pricing
The minimum cost to do a project with me $2,500, except for special cases.

Republishing/Re-using My Work
You can re-use or republish any of my work. No need to ask. Just give me credit.

Texting
I don't text for business.

Timelines
I like to establish a timeline ASAP. Deadlines are a must. Let me know if you need work done sooner than our agreed upon terms. When I can can deliver - it will be at an extra cost.
