Having the privilege of talking to experienced Subject Matter Experts like train drivers, about matters they are passionate, is a very rewarding experience. Working at RailCorp in Sydney for 6 years had its challenges, but also huge rewards too.

Having been a full time technical writer now for 10 years is one of the best decisions of my life. I love writing, unearthing the real details, and presenting them in a clear precise way. It may be dry and boring to some, but not to me.
