People know Robin Stascheit as the indefatigable General Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites. Robin patiently deals with every hotel guest’s concerns and needs during their stay in the hotel. She always ensures full compliance to the operating controls of Holiday Inn, in accordance with the hotel owners and the stakeholders. Robin faithfully monitors any new regulations and rules, existing SOPs, policies, service standards and procedures. She tirelessly does everything needed to make guests really happy with their hotel stay so they will keep coming back. Robin’s inner fulfilment comes from knowing that the hotel has been able to provide matchless service to each and every guest.

Robin Stascheit also has to lead all key property issues including refurbishment, capital projects and customer service. She goes out of her way readily to ensure that guests are comfortable in their rooms and they have everything they need for a memorable and satisfactory stay. In keeping with her objective to provide seamless customer satisfaction, Robin Stascheit handles complaints and also oversees the service recovery procedures.

Robin Stascheit is in charge of the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the organization’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing and Sales Plan and Capital Budget. Thanks to her unerring attention to detail and unwavering commitment to world-class customer service, Holiday Inn closed out the 2016 financial year with $375,000 over the ownership budgeted goal.

At Buckhead America, Robin Stascheit was able to reduce the organization’s overhead by 9 percent without cutting back on world-class customer service. She achieved this by simply implementing new job roles in 2014.

As part of her high-responsibility role, Robin Stascheit also manages the ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring that guest satisfaction and revenue targets are either met or exceeded. She also ensures that every decision made is always in the best interests of the hotel and its higher management. Ever conscientious of her myriads of responsibilities, Robin Stascheit does her best to inspire her team in the sure and steady achievement of goals.
