Top San Francisco Realtor since 2003, and now Cofounder of the startup Big League Ballpark, Inc., a company that aims to revolutionize amateur baseball and softball. With his Communications degree in hand Mr. Regan went directly into advertising, first at Foote Cone & Belding in 1987, and then DMB&B, two of the most prestigious ad agencies in the world at that time. In 1993 Mr. Regan joined technology publishing powerhouse Ziff Davis as an advertising salesperson and rose to the position of National Sales Director with the task of saving struggling magazine, Window Sources, tripling it's ad revenue during his 2 year tenure. In 1997 he relocated to San Francisco and worked for CNET Networks, a dot com leader and online advertising innovator, where he closed the largest ad and biz dev deal in company history at $10 million. In 2003, he switched to real estate and leveraged his experience in Sales, Marketing and Advertising immediately generating a huge number of online leads and closed business with what were new platforms at the time, Google Adwords and YouTube. Similar to his experience at Ziff Davis, his realty firm Keller Williams immediately tapped him to teach his methods to budding agents, many of whom still credit their success to Mr. Regan's influence. He continues to teach and train other agents as a Certified Mentor at eXp Realty while remaining in the top 5% of all agents in the country as a solo practitioner. A father or 2, Mr. Regan has been coaching his kids Little League teams since 2013. An avid player himself he's been pitching for amateur teams in the MSBL since 1995. Mr. Regan is excited to co-found BLB Inc. along side his long time catcher, Mike Milmoe. No two people know the strike zone better than Mike and Rob, except of course the BLB system they are building.
