I am passionate about discovering new ways that consumers connect with each other and brands. What encompasses a brand experience today? I am interested in exploring the role of social media and emerging technologies as tools for brands to communicate and engage with their communities.
The old way of selling was to create safe, ordinary products and combine them with mass marketing. The new way is to create truly innovative products that offer the consumer a unique experience where the marketing is an extension of that organic experience.
At Breville I have always looked at our products as not just kitchen appliances but as tools in the pursuit of the culinary arts and creativity in the kitchen.
