I am a Software Engineer. Java Web apps were my speciality but i have branched out into PHP and Ruby on Rails.

Ouside of work I can sometimes be found blasting around on a motorbike and I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists. My local group is the Northumbria Advanced Motorcyclist, we ride out once a month.

I have been know to do a bit running as well... have a few 10ks and 1/2 marathons lined up for this year if i can get back into training.
