Robert Varkonyi

Having worked as an enterprise Drupal consultant for more than 6 years, I've been involved in some of the largest Drupal builds in Europe. I've worked with clients such as Ericsson, ITV and NBC Universal and gained a large scale of experiences in every aspect of Drupal development, such as architecture design, module development, front-end / theming, continuous integration, performance and scalability and more. I'm proud of the fact that the builds I've been involved with serve millions of users around the world.

I've recently been experimenting with Drupal education too, the first step towards that was writing my first Drupal book, called Drupal Rules How-to, which has been published by Packt Publishing.

I'm also a web and technology enthusiast with an eye open for new technologies and development workflows. I enjoy reading articles about (and experimenting with) mobile development, HTML5 / CSS3 and responsive design, even though I consider myself as a back-end specialist.
