I've been working in the semiconductor industry for 12 years. The last 9 years have been dedicated to some type of ecosystem, enablement and partner relations role. It was a natural progression for me to move from an applications engineer where I answered customer questions about silicon into a role to manage the creation of tool solutions.

Over the last 18 months, my pet project has been the creation of the StarterTRAK and StarterTRAK USB development systems for Freescale Semiconductor. I've expanded my knowledge about packaging, documentation, board development, marketing to the regions and what low cost tools means in a global market.
