I often think of weddings as funerals! Why? Marriage is HARD! It is death to self, (or it should be). Often it's God's tool to help shape us into His creation. At the same time, marriage is wonderful, blissful, and down right fun at times. But after all, I'm an empty nester. Life is good... NOW!
