My name is Robyn Hatfield. I have a long, varied business past.
I graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in business management and accounting. While in school, I wrote the business plan for a staffing business later started by my mom and I.
I have worked as a consultant at a big 5 consulting firm (Andersen Consulting now Accenture Consulting) in the financial services industry group, as a financial advisor at American Express (now Ameriprise), as a financial analyst at a smaller boutique firm, and as an owner and ‘do anything and everything’person at my own staffing firm.
My strong educational background as well as my diverse experience give me a unique perspective in the staffing world. I have owned my own company, served as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies, and helped individuals and businesses with financial needs. Because of this, I see business as a ‘big picture.’ Instead of selling staffing services, I create FULL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS that absolutely make sense for the company as well as for my staffing services. I believe in creating win-win situations. I believe in long term relationships. Anything else is a waste of time for all involved.
