Robyn Stanislavski

Welcome, a short introduction:

I've lived a few chapters already as a dancer, choreographer, retail manager, corporate operations and communications team member. Most recently though, I'm a Mum and a (now) 3rd yr psychology student at Deakin University Melbourne. I also run a local Inclusive Communities Dance program which promotes social interaction through dance for NDIS and HACC funded clients.

I'm particularly interested in self-compassion and acceptance with a focus on women's heath and the transition to parenthood.

I hope to show, you can do anything, just not everything.
