Rocelyn have been working as a Workforce Analyst on various BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company in the Philippines for 5 years now. Workforce Management is one of the department in BPO companies in-charge in ensuring that people are doing their job and making their client happy. Putting people with the right skill on the right time so all the client requirements could be delivered also serves as a lookout and adviser for any potential revenues for which both host company and client will benifit. Some says workforce is the heart of call center industries.
She started joining Workforce Management in 2007 for which she started as Admin Assistant for workforce which mainly assist in workforce tasks. From then she started learning different main part of workforce including but not limited to Real Time Monitoring, Scheduling, Resource Planning, Forecasting.
In between this period she was also able to work at home as a freelancer offering her service to different companies and individuals. She became project consultant and virtual assistant to a real estate company in Vanuatu and also on an Investment Corporation in Australia.
Rocelyn lives in Metro Manila, Philippines together with her siblings. She plans to get married with her childhood enemy and love of her life anytime soon.
