Hey, I’m Andino Rochon from Woodstock, GA. I have always been someone who loves the outdoors and when I was in 7 grade I got into scuba diving. It has always been something that I can look forward to when I have a trip planned. My dad and I got into it together and it is one of our favorite things to do. I have put a lot of work into getting certified and getting better so I can go on deeper, more interesting dives. The hardest part about getting certified was learning about all the different limits with how far down you can go for how long and making sure you are bing a safe diver. One of my favorite dives I have ever gone on was in Key West; it was much deeper than any dive I have gone on before but it was so worth it to get down to the sunken old war ship. I hope that in college I still get more chances to scuba dive and improve the skills I have worked on for many years. I would love to one day be able to get my rescue diving certification and maybe even go higher up the latter of dive certifications.
