About the Coach:

Coach Kelvin D. Blackshear Sr., is a certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Fitness Instructor, and a Certified Power Lifting Coach. Coach Blackshear is currently a Georgia High School Physical Education Teacher, and he is Certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), and USA Weightlifting.

​Coach Blackshear has over 20 years of experience motivating athletes to perform at high levels, from middle school to the collegiate level.

His unique programming caters to each individual, which allows athletes to experience a safe, fun, and structured training environment. For the athlete, learning in this environment will motivate them to meet and exceed ALL of their personal goals.

At the RAC, we also specialize in specific lifestyle changes which will allow you to experience attainable fitness goals.
