Raheem “Rocky” Williams is a graduate of Florida International University (FIU) with a B.A. in Economics. He has a background in Public Policy & Economic Analysis (quantitative and qualitative). As a former Student researcher at FIU’s Research Institute on Social & Economic Policy (RISEP), he worked on an ongoing project centered around the working conditions of Miami-Dade taxi drivers. He has also served as a Policy Analyst (Koch Summer Fellowship 2014) at Strata (Logan,Utah), studying issues surrounding energy regulations.
