Rocky Paiano

A data engineer with expertise in SQL servers, Rocky Paiano has spent the past several years working with firms across Charlotte, North Carolina. For a year, Rocky Paiano worked with XPO Logistics as a DevOps DBA and was responsible for analyzing and developing data warehouse architecture plans.
He was also involved in instituting industry best practices to improve the performance of older data repositories. Following this, Mr. Paiano joined the Coca-Cola Bottling Corporation, where he served as an Azure data engineer. In the role, he managed over 300 Azure instances spanning production and development tasks, among others.
Rocky Paiano also supported data warehousing solutions, such as problem analysis. Outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, he has spent time in Denver, Colorado, where he was a freelance contractor specializing in SQL servers.
A Duquesne University graduate, he earned a master’s degree in health management systems in 2005. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the institution. A fan of traveling, he also enjoys jazz and Italian cooking.
