Rocky Top Marketing Group is committed to giving back to the community. Every Thanksgiving the team holds a food drive for the local food bank and Rocky Top Marketing Group has also raised materials and supplies for the local Knoxville battered women's shelter. In fact, one drive for the shelter was so successful that the team ended up with almost two full trucks worth of supplies like shampoo, soap, and blankets.

Rocky Top Marketing Group also put their face-to-face sales skills to the test and collaborated with the Knoxville Alzheimer's Awareness Walk in order to spread word of the inaugural event. With the team going door-to-door they were able to spread the word through marketing to individual businesses and individuals. With their help, the walk attracted more than 65 people, with plans to grow to 200 by this year.
