Rod Garvin

Garvin is a multifaceted professional whose knowledge, interests and experience intersect with diversity and inclusion, talent and leadership development, the future of work and interfaith spirituality. He currently serves as an economic, community and workforce development consultant for a global professional services firm.

Previously, he worked as a community director for a social entrepreneurial venture that empowered young people of diverse backgrounds to become active citizens in our democracy. He also served as a education outreach manager for a history museum where he developed multicultural programs for youth and adult audiences.

Garvin is passionate about helping individual, organizations and communities realize their full potential. He believes that the workplaces and geographic locations and that will succeed in future will be places of freedom that affirm the human dignity of all stakeholders and balance the pursuit of profit with a focus on people and purpose.
