Rodney El Hajj

Rodney El Hajj is an accomplished Digital Transformation expert with more than 25 years of proven experience in aligning technology with business strategic goals. He uses his leadership and multi-technology advisory skills to deliver a positive impact to businesses across multiple industries.

Driven by desire to engage in the digital transformation journey, Rodney co-founded EXEO SAL in 2012, an ambitious cloud and digitization firm, and is leading its operation and technical arm to help companies integrate digital technologies into all areas of their business.

Rodney had designed and delivered multi-cloud and multi-technology solutions for clients in Europe, GCC & MENA. And had trained thousands of users and migrated the workloads of hundreds of organizations to the cloud.

Previously, he headed the IT Systems department at the Lebanese Canadian Bank for the period 2004-2012. He has also worked in telecommunications at Ogero and LM Ericsson for a combined period of eight years 1996-2004.

He holds a technical engineering degree in Electronics and telecommunications and acquired various certifications awarded by international bodies including: ISMS Lead Auditor, Cobit 5, CEH, CISSP, PMP and others.

Rodney is surrounded by an exceptional wife and three astonishing children.

During his free time, he likes to discover nature, listen to music and read books.
