Rodic Davison Architects

Rodic Davidson Architects is a London architecture practice with a history of producing ground breaking architecture that's as commercially aware as it is beautiful. Ben Davidson RIBA created Rodic Davidson Architects in August 2006, and the new practice immediately found a home in London's Mayfair. Rodic Davidson Architects are not limited to working in a single area. They have capabilities across a broad architectural spectrum, including interior design, sustainability and development. The company is a RIBA Chartered Practice and undertakes commissions for new-build houses, flats and redevelopment/remodeling all through London. Listed structures will often make life difficult, but this isn't an issue for Rodic Davidson Architects. They do not just have the skills and knowhow to work on historical properties; they also have the ability to obtain the consents needed to get the job done. Ben Davidson, the front man of Rodic Davidson Architects, is an expert at greasing the wheels of bureaucracy. He has directed successful negotiations involving numerous stakeholders, including local government and prominent London Estates. He picked up his aptitude with listed buildings across the entirety of London. Ben believes passionately that a rigorous commercial understanding should underpin every project and that great design can contribute real value. Ben is so highly regarded in the world of architecture he has even been a visiting lecturer in a number of academic institutions. Ben founded Rodic Davidson Architects, which was originally known as bdAr Architects and Designers. Sinisa Rodic was brought in to bdAr in 2007 to take the top design role at the practice. Since then he is more than proven he was the man for the job, directing some incredible projects including some visible refurbishments of top London properties.
