Rodney Hawkins

He's established in MLM, Banking, Business Management, Medical field, Mentor and more. Guiding young adults in preparation for their future including others with disabilities, he coaches behaviors and skillsets for function in society as the option to being institutionalized. With a combined following of over 18,000 World Wide, Rodney is known to many as a "Social Media Mogul. To others he's a "Regular Guy that does Extra Ordinary Things." He's extremely humble in his journey, most everything he does is for the prospering of others. Rodney says, "My Venture has been nothing short of unbelievable, it's taken my life to a level that I could only wish for. I have learned, earned and CONTINUE to learn everyday. As my opportunities continue to grow, I accept the challenge to always grow with them". When I asked him about not having a degree, Rodney replied, "My parents truly opened my eyes years ago when I left college after 1 yr. Being true mentors, they taught me to use the skills I have, to get the skills that I dont have, and it's been great advice. I made a concious decision being that I don't have a degree, that I would study Mentors as if it were a 40 hour a week job, and that's what I did and do today! It has placed me in a position where I am surrounded and respected in professional arenas in several cities, with peers who have Bachelors, Masters and beyond! I KNOW.....IT'S CRAZY RIGHT!

"From starting my career making $3.35hr at McDonalds to what I'm doing today wasn't luck. I STILL WENT TO SCHOOL, it just wasn't in a building with 4 walls. Mentors saw the Drive, Patience and Vision I had for my future and Invested many hours packed with skills and knowledge that could only come from actual Experience. I'm now able to give back what was given to me, it's too many people that need uplifting and I choose to help! "My hands are full today INCLUDING taking hours of classes yearly for knowledge and skill purpose." I asked Rodney what stops most people from gaining any level of success and his reply was, "Almost everyone can see, but not everyone has Vision. Vision is when you're able to See Something that is NOT....and Work a PLAN so that it is Physically Manifested in time." He adds, "Whether you're getting your degree (or not), MENTORS are key, GOOD BOOKS are key." In ending he gave me a quote saying, "People who don't value time Kill It!"
