Rodney serves as Chief Operating Officer at Multibrain and has a deep passion for technology and innovation. In the first 2 years as COO he spearheaded Multibrain's global expansion to over 29+ different countries in the US/CA, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions, extending reach to over 19+ different languages and consistently generating groundbreaking social growth, traffic, and conversion for over $1.5B+ in clientele. Rodney specializes in bringing products from inception to market, data science & design thinking, 3rd party partnership integrations, as well as finding, building, and maintaining company efficiencies. With his expertise, Rodney also serves on the Board of Directors for the Design Thinking Executive Program at UCR in Riverside, CA. Over the past 10+ years he has proven himself as a leader who can intimately understand a customer’s needs, build a world-class product strategy, then drive an organization to deliver on time, on budget, and on quality.
