I am a realtor, consultant, and project manager currently living in Pensacola, Florida.

My real estate customers fall into two categories. They are either looking to buy a dream home and/or vacation property that fits their budget, or they want to sell their current primary and/or second home for top dollar in the right timeframe.

Finding and assessing home values is like breathing to me. I use home marketing strategies to get the best possible result when representing both buyers and sellers, negotiating awesome deals.

When it comes to taking care of my real estate customers, I’m happy to give them the 5-star home buying or selling experience they deserve. I’m not happy until my customers are '5-star' happy. It's not uncommon to 'Facebook Live' a showing with an out of state customer prior to their arrival in town.

Over the years I’ve found not everyone is looking for a 5-star experience and we might not be a fit. But my customers overwhelmingly like to be free of stress when buying or selling a home so they can focus on their move, and they want me take care of the details.
