Throughout his life and career, Rod Raymond has encouraged others to stay fit and lead healthy lifestyles. A regular participant in triathlons, he has completed 20 Ironman events. Mr. Raymond won one of the worlds most challenging races, the Swiss Gigathlon, where he earned recognition in publications. At present, he serves as an American Council on Exercise (ACE) master personal trainer - one of the few in the nation. He is the proud to have introduced Duluth's first Hot Yoga at Evolve Studios in the Historic Old City Hall in Duluth, Minnesota. With a focus on leading a healthy lifestyle, Rod Raymond aims to encourage others through his books and DVDs. His latest book, Raisin Cake, offers readers tips for leading healthy lives along with some of his grandmothers advice. His other books deal with marathon training and fitness improvement. Mr. Raymond can also customize seminars according to age, demographics, and goals. His DVD, Training for the Marathon and Half Marathon, teaches audiences correct techniques for running and walking, as well as how to eat to maximize energy while losing fat.
